I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised by how close I was to Nevin Community Park, which was perfect for my morning walk, and the Ribbon Walk Nature Preserve, where I spent a lovely afternoon exploring the trails. even though the room could have used a little more attention to detail, the staff were incredibly accommodating and eager to help.

My stay was pretty disappointing. I didn't enjoy the filthy carpets, the room was outdated, and the pool was closed for repairs, which was a letdown.

Assistance from the front desk staff made the experience enjoyable, especially with early breakfast access during a layover. However, the room was disappointing. it was unclean, with peeling paint and a bug found on the bed. Wi-Fi was nonexistent, and several amenities were broken or uncleaned. This place definitely needs significant improvements.

We needed a night’s stay and booked this place on a whim. The manager was super rude when we asked about a veteran discount. it felt disrespectful. The shower was ice cold and I even cut myself trying to fix it. Dirty room and bad vibes everywhere. We ate at a nearby diner, which was decent. Just kinda a letdown overall.

i’ve stayed at other places in charlotte before, but this time, days inn was quite the surprise. the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options including fresh fruit. it really made our family holiday enjoyable.
